Thomas John Mroz Jr. died Oct. 29, 2012 at the age of 48.
Mroz was beloved husband and loving partner of Cathy (nee Glassmire); devoted father of Kelly (fiance Aaron Marco), Emily and Colleen; loving son of Thomas and Linda (nee Kubat) Mroz; dearest brother of Stephen (Pamela) and Kevin (Renee) Mroz; cherished son-in-law of William and Jean Glassmire; brother-in-law of Rev. David Glassmire and Lynn (Clete) Wyland; devoted companion of Pretzel and Ozzie; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mroz, a member of ACerS, was technical director at Harper International, and helped host ACerS’s Materials Challenges for Alternative and Renewable Energy on behalf of the company in 2012. A video featuring Mroz’s work with Harper can be viewed here.
