The Energy Materials and Systems Division (EMSD) of The American Ceramic Society is sponsoring four stipends in the amount of $500 each to help fund students in attending ACerS Annual Meeting combined with MS&T. These stipends are targeted at deserving students with current or future interests in the nuclear and/or environmental fields of ceramic and materials engineering. Complete the application form.
Additionally, the Outstanding Student Researcher (OSR) Award recognizes exemplary student research related to the mission of the Energy Materials and Systems Division (EMSD) of The American Ceramic Society (ACerS).
The award is open to U.S. and international graduate and undergraduate students actively engaged in research related to the EMSD. Specifically, an applicant must have submitted an abstract to the annual conference (MS&T or MCARE) in the year for which the applicant is applying.
